The warehouse team does everything from making flower boxes, packing flowers to dispatching deliveries and ensuring all flowers meet our high standards. As well as this, the team has recently become responsible for all logistics relating to the new online Freddie’s Shop. Phew!
The Engineering team is responsible for all things digital at Freddie’s Flowers, creating software to make sure that our beloved customers have the best user experience on our website, from the homepage to the shop and everything in between.
Our award-winning customer service team are champions at keeping our wonderful customers happy. As problem solving experts, they are the first point of contact for all customer enquiries or concerns. There is no query to big or too small!
The People Team is responsible for creating a healthy, happy and productive workplace. We make sure we get the best from our people, and that they get the best out of Freddie’s Flowers. We want to ensure that across the company we are attracting new talent, and we’re committed to helping build the right career path for them. It all starts at Freddie’s!
Freddie’s Flowers marketing team is focussed on growing the business by reaching as many new flowers lovers as we can. The team includes our fantastic creatives (we make nearly everything in house) as well as the fast paced growth team, who use data to drive all our decision making. Over the past 5 years we’ve grown the business to over 100k thousand active customers and have delivered over 3 million boxes of flowers. We now have big plans for the both the U.K. and abroad.
We guard the financial health of Freddie’s Flowers and look for opportunities to increase our business value. This involves working closely with all areas of the company to analyse and track performance. We also build models to structure our future ambitions – of which we’ve got many!
We’re a rather eclectic rabble. Dan and Lana are our commercial analysts, they use data and analysis to drive decision making throughout the business, but with a fundamental focus on growth. Hettie is our online Shop merchandiser and ensures we have a range of products that fit our brand and our customers love. Finally Will heads up our sustainability function within the business, he is here to ensure our green credentials are as best as they can be!
Welcome to the buying team! We are a small team made up of four friendly faces: Jamie, Harry, Mark, and Daisy. We work closely with our suppliers in the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands to source the freshest flowers from our growers, which make their way into each and every Freddie\’s box.
We whizz around London delivering boxes of our glorious fresh flowers to our customers by electric cargo bike… and have a lot of fun whilst doing it. The team has grown hugely over the past few years and we are proud to be leading the way in green deliveries
We make sure that each delivery we make to customers is as good as it can be. Either making the deliveries by van or electric cargo bike, we are a team of enthusiastic people who love providing the best service possible, we also have fun whilst doing it!
Before covid we had one of the strongest performing Sales Teams in the UK. At its peak we had 70 canvassers working across the country, attending events and bringing in hundreds of customers a week. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business at its core.
