Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you’re not locked in to anything.



When do you take payment?

We only take payment on the morning of each delivery. So you’ll only ever pay for what we deliver, and you can skip or cancel at any time.



Do they have to come every week?

We offer boxes weekly so you can always have fresh flowers, but it’s up to you how often you’d like a delivery. With the Flower Calendar on your online account page, you can get flowers as rarely or as frequently as you like. It’s totally flexible!



Do I have to be in when you deliver?

It’s no problem if you’re out! When you sign up we’ll ask you where to leave your box if you’re not in. We deliver to apartment blocks, houses without front gardens and flats on main roads. Your flowers will be absolutely fine until you get home.
